Whenever we’ve hit our limit in a situation, we often quit.

If we’ve tried over and over again and we can’t get the results we want, we quit.

If we’ve changed our strategy several times and things don’t go our way, we quit.

Shoot, for some of us, we quit before we even start because we remember all of the ‘failures’ from yesterday.

I believe that this cycle is toxic to our lives.

In order to break free from this toxicity, I want to give you a new question to ask whenever you find yourself in a place where you want to quit.

You know all of the reasons why you want to give up……

However, ask yourself….

“Why do I want to keep going?”

I’ve learned to ask myself this question whenever the opposition that I am facing in life is greater than my desire to keep trying.

If I can’t answer the question, “Why do I want to keep going?” with a compelling answer, then I free myself to quit and move my attention to something that is worth the fight to me.

So, tell me….

Name a challenge that has been worth the fight for you? Comment below,  I’d love to hear from you!
